These dates are in accordance with Royal Mails guidelines – But we recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid any disappointments.

- How do I know that an item is in stock?
- Unless an item says Sold Out it will be in stock.
- Delivery times
- All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched on the day you complete the order and are sent via 1st class delivery and therefore should reach you within 3-5 working days. If for any reason you do not receive your order within this time frame please contact us immediately and we will do our level best to track the order down and ensure you receive it. Please note that on receipt of goods a signature may be required.
- Delivery Costs
- For all U.K. deliveries, the cost of delivery is between £2.25-£3.00 depending on the item, regardless of how many items you order. Please note a signature may be required on receipt of the goods.
Orders to countries within the EU are charged at £5.95 regardless of how many times you order and will require a signature on receipt of the goods. Orders are usually received within 5 – 7 working days.
Countries within the EU: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Republic Of Ireland, Italy, Luxenbourg, Malta, Nertherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland:
Orders to Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand & USA are charged at £6.50, regardless of how many items you order and will require a signature on receipt of the goods. Orders are usually received within 7 – 10 working days.
Please note: If you live outside of the European Union you may be charged import duty or taxes which Nug City is not liable to pay and is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Gift Boxes
- Most orders will be gift boxed which makes our items perfect to give as gifts.
- Paying by Cheque
- If you would prefer to pay by cheque rather than online please send us a note with details of the goods you would like to purchase along with the cheque made payable to Nug City to the following address:

- Cancelling an Order
- To cancel an order submit your order reference number and full details of your order via the contact page. You will not be able to cancel an order that has already been dispatched; if you still want to cancel an order that has been dispatched you will have to follow our return policy.
- Returns
- Nug City offers its customers a 14 day refund policy. All you need to do is submit the following details via the contact page for a returns reference number: Order Number, Full name, full address, item code(s), brief explanation of why you are returning the goods. Having received your returns reference number securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address below. Please write the returns reference number clearly on the packaging.
All items must be returned in the original state they were received in i.e. they must not be worn or used.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for pierced earrings, this includes sets with pierced earrings and all hair accessories.
We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery service as we are unable to make refunds on items that we do not receive. Please note we do not take responsibility for the cost of returning goods or the original delivery costs unless items have reached you by mistake or are faulty.
Once we have processed your refund we will email you. This can take up to 6 working days. Although we will do our level best to do this as soon as possible.
